Going live
The readiness checklist before live keys are issued.
Before live keys are issued we check that the integration is genuinely ready:
- Agreement pack executed — reviewed, signed and countersigned, with sealed copies in your document room.
- Compliance approved — KYB complete, ownership and control verified.
- Webhook endpoint verified — reachable over HTTPS, signature verification in place.
- IP allowlist set — the addresses your live traffic will come from.
- Sandbox proof — at least one successful sandbox call per product you plan to use.
- Failure handling — retries keyed by
Idempotency-Key, backoff onRATE_LIMITED, and a plan forPROVIDER_UNAVAILABLE.
Only the products approved on your application are enabled; anything else returns PRODUCT_NOT_ENABLED.
