These terms govern your access to and use of BoundlessPay (operated by Boundless Nexus Ltd.). By using the platform you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information for account creation and complete any required KYC/KYB verification. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account and approval policies.

Permitted use

BoundlessPay provides invoicing, collections, payouts, FX, payroll, treasury, and developer APIs for lawful business purposes. You agree not to use the platform for prohibited, sanctioned, or fraudulent activity.

"Automation without control is dangerous. These terms exist to keep execution trustworthy for everyone on the platform."

Approvals & execution

Transactions are gated by the approval policies you configure. BoundlessPay routes, prepares, and executes instructions within those policies, and settlement depends on rail and partner availability.

Fees & pricing

Fees and FX margins vary by plan, corridor, and rail. Applicable pricing is presented at execution time and confirmed through approval. Custom arrangements are governed by a separate agreement.

Compliance

KYC/KYB, sanctions, and travel-rule checks run through licensed partners. You agree to provide information required for compliance, and transactions may be delayed or declined to meet legal obligations.

Liability & warranties

The platform is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, BoundlessPay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party rail or partner failures.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend access for non-compliance or suspected risk.
